• Orders can take up to 4 days to be processed before shipment.
• Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.
• In some cases, our team will need to contact you to assist in completion of the order. If you have any emails or texts from the team, please try to respond as soon as possible to avoid delays.
• In the event of a large online promotion we sometimes have a big backlog of orders so please bare with us through any instances where there may be a delay.
• All orders are shipped with an express courier and once shipped are delivered within 1-3 business days.
